Please read carefully as these terms are considered a binding contract between you and Firefly Natural Health when you use our website, services, attend classes, make purchases or view our social media accounts.

Can I get a refund on sessions or courses?

No refunds are given for sessions or courses for any reason. You may reschedule each one-on-one session only once.

Can I reschedule my one-on-one session?

We reserve time for your one-on-one (1:1) sessions, so we ask that you please reschedule your appointment directly though the email you received from Firefly Natural Health/Calendly (one reschedule is allowed) as soon as you know you cannot make it, with a minimum notice of 24 hours.  After that, we cannot reschedule you, and it will be counted as a no-show.

Can you be my doctor?  Can I schedule a medical appointment with you?

I am not taking new medical patients, but I always recommend my trusted friends and colleagues at the following clinics.  They may be able to do telemedicine with you. (I do not receive any compensation for referring you to these places, nor do I have a financial investment or interest in these places.  I just want to send you to someone I trust will take good care of you!)

I'm having trouble getting into the Zoom meeting for our 1:1 session, what do I do?

Please make sure you have Zoom downloaded on your computer or mobile device.  Click the link in your confirmation email or text to access the meeting.  If I am running a few minutes behind, I will try to let you know via email - so check your email.  Keep trying to access the meeting, but if all else fails, immediately send me an email or use the Contact page (in the footer of each page of the website) to let me know you are having issues.  I will either reach out to you by phone or email and see if we can get it working, or we will reschedule your appointment.

Why am I getting email and text reminders about my appointment?

This is just to remind you of our appointment in case you forgot.  They are automatically generated by Calendly.  I'm not trying to bug you, promise!) These emails and texts are different from the emails you receive when joining my email list.  You will receive session reminders, along with emails about billing/receipts/purchases even if you haven't signed up for my email list.

Why am I getting emails from Firefly Natural Health?

If you signed up for my email list, you will receive emails from Firefly Natural Health.  Even if you didn't sign up for my email list, you will still receive emails about session reminders, billing/receipts/purchases and any courses you have purchased/signed up for.  You can unsubscribe from my email list (or from all emails) at any time by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email from my newsletter, or by requesting to be removed by filling in the contact form (link in the footer of each website page.)

Will my insurance pay for any of my appointments?

I am not contracted with any insurance companies, and since the one-on-one sessions are not medical appointments nor do they fall under the authority of my medical license, it is unlikely any insurance plan will pay for any sessions.  You may seek reimbursement from insurance on your own for any sessions or courses.
